Products in stock are shipped within two working days after receiving the order. Products not in stock are usually shipped within seven working days.

How can I track my order?

After the package is sent, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also be informed about the planned delivery by SMS from the courier.

How do I know if I placed my order correctly?

You can open and check your order via the link you will receive in the order confirmation email. You can also view it directly in the order overview in your customer account. Simply log in with your email address and password and go to the "Orders" section where you will find an overview of all your orders.

What is the shipping cost?

The customer pays the costs of delivery and also return of goods. Shipping is €4.00.

Who delivers my package?

Our packages are delivered by our logistics partners, GLS and ZÁSIELKOVŇA.

Can I have a different delivery and billing address?

Yes, your billing and delivery address may be different. Simply set your billing and delivery address before completing the order.
