Every single cut for broader silhouettes is designed entirely from scratch. We add extra centimeters to the torso length, widen the shoulder area, and adjust the sleeve circumference. The foundation of our warm sweatshirts is a premium, high-GSM cotton blend knit that reliably withstands chilly and windy weather. All fabrics undergo a thermal stabilization process directly in our European production facility, which minimizes side-seam twisting or garment distortion in the tumble dryer.

Whether you prefer sporty pullover hoodies with kangaroo pockets or more elegant full-zip jackets with stand-up collars, we ensure robust elastic ribbing on the cuffs and bottom hem. For the perfect layered outfit, we recommend pairing them with our men's large size T-shirts.

Are the zippers on your large-size sweatshirts durable enough?
Yes, in the manufacturing of our extended size apparel, we use exclusively heavy-duty, certified zippers designed to easily withstand daily wear and increased tension around the midsection.
Will the cotton fabric shrink after the first machine wash?
Our heavyweight sweatshirt fleece is industrially pre-shrunk and thermally stabilized before sewing. If you follow the recommended washing guidelines at 30 °C to 40 °C, the sweatshirt will consistently maintain its dimensions and length.
Are the sleeve cuffs tailored for broader wrists?
We sew our flexible ribbing from a premium cotton-elastane blend. It comfortably wraps around the wrist and waist without constricting and won't stretch out even after months of wear.
Is the hood spacious enough for a wider neck circumference?
Our hoods are engineered with a generous anatomical shape. They sit perfectly, place no pressure on the cervical spine, and offer reliable protection against wind and adverse weather.
Where are these large, heavy-duty sweatshirts manufactured?
The entire process – from the initial modeling of 2XL–6XL patterns, cutting, to final stitching – takes place in our local European workshops, with a strict emphasis on fair manufacturing and traditional tailoring craft.
