Complaints Policy

You can send the claimed goods to our address below or bring them personally to our contact address. Goods can be returned without giving a reason within 14 days. Please pack the goods properly to avoid damage during transport and we recommend sending the goods by registered mail (not cash on delivery). Include a copy of the purchase receipt (invoice) and a completed Complaint Form,
